Save the world, Lord God, please hear us

Be the Saviour of the World
Offer to the Lord your feelings. There may be many reasons why you feel as you do; you may have hurts, you may feel joyful, you may wish for happiness, you may be eager for the challenge of the day. We take our feelings for granted because we always have them, for good or ill. Submit them to the Lord your God, in prayer.
Great and mighty Lord, look on us with pity and love. Come with new hope and vigour, and bring renewal and revival to the hearts and lives of Your people. We ask this not merely for ourselves, but so that the Gospel may once again be the means of turning around our corrupt and troubled world. You have the power to do this, Lord God, but we must have the obedience and faith! Arise amongst us we pray! AMEN
