Pray that God will act in judgement on the sins of this world.  Pray that He will expose the darkness of human greed, especially financial greed, and do what is just for the poor.

Lord Jesus, thank You for the precious gift of this day.  Lead me, I pray, through its joys and its troubles, and may I continue to praise You throughout the whole day.  May I grow stronger in faith as You teach me more about how to deal in a loving and godly way with the many different things that happen to me.  I praise You, Lord Jesus Christ:  AMEN

Pray for medical and other staff who seek to help people in war torn countries, and who risk their lives in the pursuit of caring.  Pray for their safety and pray that they will know the guidance of Almighty God in the midst of danger.
